There isn't a specific eye mask for LVDS, but for non-equalization devices I would want to see a minimum of +/- 100 mV vertical eye opening.  Since there is no CDR in most LVDS devices I would also say that the Horizontal eye opening should be ~ 0.75 UI.

For devices like the DS25BR110 that have receive equalization it is ok for some additional eye opening degradation.
