HD3SS215: Questions for HD3SS215 HDMI no detection issue

Hi Experts,

Our customer is using HD3SS215 for one HDMI source to two HDMI sink device switching application, their schematic is as below. During the test they found that one channel HDMI can not be detected, but if you removing the resistor divider for the AUX_SEL pin to float, it works. We do not understand why its behavior is like this, is there any issue in here?

    This is not a resistor divide network. Even if it is a resistor divide network, they will only get 1% voltage drop across the network. 

    Please refer to the table below

    DX_SEL needs to be L or H to select the appropriate HPD source
