TUSB2036: Not detecting/No response

Hi

Having problem USB hub TUSB2036 IC, When connected to laptop, no response, device manager doesn't update anything. Please let me know how to debug

  • TUSB2036 configured as 2 port hub (NP3 pin HIGH) 
  • Self powered hub (BUSPWR pin High) 
  • 6MHz oscillator (MODE pin LOW)
  • No EEPROM (EXTMEM pin HIGH)
  • No over current detection (OVRCUR1, OVRCUR2, OVRCUR3 pins NC, OCPRPT pin NC)
  • No power ON/OFF control (PWRON1, PWRON2, PWRON3 pins NC)
  • NPINT0, NPINT1 pins LOW
