Dear Technical Support Team,

Can I adjust the differential output swing = 550mV with Rvo?

I guess that Rvo = 824Ω means 550mV, right?

If you have the data of differential output swing between Rvo= 487Ω(800mV) to Rvo=953(400mV), could you share it?

In addition, Is Output Common mode voltage =0.825V(Vcc-Vout/2) when Vout = 550mV with Vcc=1.1V?

My target is "Output Common mode voltage = 0.55V" and "differential output swing = 550mV" with Vcc=1.1V.

Greetings,

Output voltage swing is linear. You can use the following table for a rough guideline:

953	400
893	450
833	500
773	550
713	600
653	650
593	700
533	750
487	800

Output is current mode driver/open collector. So it is referenced to VCC. For example with 3.3V VCC and 800mV swing, common mode voltage is 3.3V-(800/2) or 2.9V.

The recommendation of Vcc is just 3.3V and test condition is only Vcc=3.3V.

Is it impossible to adjust Vos(Ouptput common mode voltage) by changing lower Vcc than 3.3V ?

The output Voltage table you attached is just suitable for Vcc=3.3V case?

Hi Ttd,

You can do this as you noted. Please note:

1). Output voltage swing is going to change

2). Please note device has been characterized using 3.3V +/-5%. Parametric table is based on this supply range.

Do you have a LVDS buffer device to adjust both Vos(Ouptput common mode voltage) and Output voltage swing.

I couldn't find it on TI web.
