The VMAX, VMIN spec for CAP_A, CAP_D, CAP_PRE is highlighted in the Absolute maximum ratings table of the datasheet.

Hi Sam Lee,

The pin-out table shows the recommended capacitor value for CAP_A, CAP_D, CAP_PRE we have used for this device:

Based on these, you can calculate the voltage across each cap.

Hi Saminah,

Thank you for your reply. The customer's question was just the capacitor's voltage rating for those pins because TIC12400-Q1 EVM uses the big voltage ratings of 0.1uF/25V for CAP_A, D and 1uF/50V for CAP_PRE although the max voltage at the pins is 5.5V. I'm not sure if it can be reduced as smal value.

You can reduce the value as long as you keep some margin to it. (See details in the Abs Max table I shared above).
