Dear TI :

     I have Question about I2C of DS90UB960。 Our SOC used 3.3V I2C， if  DS90UB960 PIN16 connect to 3.3V,  Can we connect  3.3V I2C to DS90UB960？

      or if DS90UB960 PIN16 connect to 1.8V，Can we connect  3.3V I2C to DS90UB960？need add level shift for 1.8V VDDIO? thanks!

    Hello,

    VDDIO may be 1.8V while the I2C signals are pulled to a 3.3V power domain (VI2C).  You would need to set IO_CTL 0x0D[7:6] register bits to adjust the I2C I/Os for 3.3V signaling and set the override bit.
    Both I2C ports must be under the same power domain V(I2C).
