Dear,

My customer has the application which need adjust the output current limit threshold when using the port as source during normal operation, how to set it in the FW?

Besides, considering there may data transmission, they don't want to let PD source power to be interrupted, is there any good method?

Hi John,

The TPS65988 does not support adjusting the source current limit dynamically during a connection. The Current limit will be set at the PD Contract value and cannot be changed without disconnecting and reconnecting.
