LMH1218: LMH1218 OUT0 no output

We are using LMH1219 to work together LMH1218. LMH1219's output was connected to IN0+/- of LMH1218. we got problem having output from OUT0+/- of LMH1218,

however OUT1 of LMH1218 works fine. We had checked the register setting, we did not power down or Mute OUT0 of LMH1218.

Anywhere we can check to get out put from OUT0 of LMH1218?

Hi PY,

Please note section 4.2.8 of the LMH1218 programming guide. In this section, it specifies how to connect from IN1 or IN0 to OUT0 and OUT1. Please use this register settings and let us know your result.

Hi Nasser,

We had checked the programming guide, and confirmed both OUT0/OUT1 are connected to IN0 , but OUT0 no output.

Hi PY,

There could be two potential causes:

1). Maybe this device is damaged. Please check multiple boards as it relates to this issue.

2). Maybe some how register setting is not correct. I am assuming customer has SMBus interface. Please use SigconArchitect GUI to control customer onboard LMH1218 device.

Last option is to get LMH1218 evaluation board and run the same test.
