CMLOUT is designed as diagnostic to monitor the high speed serial link signal quality after equalizer, it is for on-board signal test. Eye-width is cared as it reflected the high speed serial signal after EQ, while the amplitude is just dependent on the CMLOUT driver NOT reflect the high speed serial signal in the receiver side, so the eye-height is not listed here. typically the eye-height is ~600mV with 100ohms external resistor.
