The bridge device between UART and SPI for auto application

We have following MSP430 devices for automotive market.

1. MSP430F2252-Q1
2. MSP430G2453-Q1
3. MSP430F2252-Q1
4. MSP430G2231-Q1

If the industrial level part can also be considered, you can refer to the cost-effective MSP430FR2000 part for the UART-2-SPI conversion. There is an Application note slaa769 can be referred for the UART-to-SPI bridge. There is also the reference code link in the document. Following is copied from the document: 

• The MSP430FR2000 MCU can be used as a low-cost UART-to-SPI bridge (configured as a SPI master) by using its enhanced Universal Serial Communication Interface (eUSCI) SPI module and its Timer module. To get started, download project files and a code example demonstrating this functionality.
