My customer has measured link up time.
1. in case of auto negotiation : 10sec
2. in case of auto negotiation disable, full duplex : more over than above.
My customer asked me why the link up time is different and mroe increased more than "1"?
customer might understand what factor we expect to bring the link up time more longer.
could you tell me?
