TLIN1028-Q1: TLIN1028 SPICE Model

Hello,

I've been looking for the TLIN1028-Q1 SPICE model for my simulation in LTSPICE but I haven't been able to find one on TI's website. Would you kindly point me to it's location?

Hi John,

We unfortunately do not have a SPICE model for this device. Note that the device is currently in "preview" status, and when we release to full production we plan to support an IBIS simulation model (which tend to be more common for these types of interface transceivers). Are you able to use IBIS? If so, for the LIN functionality you could reference the existing model for the TLIN1029-Q1 device, available here:

Hi Max,

Thanks a lot for the feedback. I found a SPICE model for TLIN1441-Q1 which also has an LDO just like TLIN1028-Q1. Unfortunately I'm unable to use IBIS. Do you know if there is .LIB file?

No, I'm sorry to say that we do not have a .lib file for this device.
