Resistance value at the output pins

Part Number: DS26LV31T

I am simulating a lightning protection design for the DS26LV31T Differential Line Driver. What resistance value would be measured when probing the DO+ and DO- pins on the device? I want to model the output pins as resistors so I can measure how much current the device pins may sink in the event of a lightning transient.
