TPS65987D: TPS6598x Application Customization 5.13 unexpectedly quit

Hi Sir,

We want to use the TPS6598x Application Customization Debug mode function,

But if we Mouse click "Debug mode" the TI GUI always unexpectedly quit.

we are follow TI's " TPS6598x Application Customization Tool User’s Guide " to setting my computer.

My partner used same software is OK.

Has anyone reported this problem?

Hi Hugo,

I have not heard of this problem before. I would suggest uninstalling the software and reinstalling it. Additionally, if the problem persists, I would suggest selecting Debug --> Configure I2C/SPI Adapter Settings, select the adapter you are using and running an I2C Sweep before entering debug mode.

We are change the Adapter FTDI to Avrdvark solve this problem.
