LMH1297: Internal pull-up / pull-down

LMH1297 team,

The datasheet gives a value for the internal pull-up/pull-down for the 4-level inputs, but not for the 2-Level inputs (eg. ENABLE, EQ/CD_SEL, OUT0_SEL, SDI_OUT_SEL).

Can you share this internal pull-up/down value for 2-level inputs please?
