TPS65987D: More detailed explanation of features in Application Customization Tool

Hello,

My customer is using the TPS6598x Application Customization tool, but they are unsure if they've actually configured the device correctly for their application. I shared this document: http://www.ti.com/lit/ug/slvub60b/slvub60b.pdf, but is there any documentation that goes into more detail on the features and options within the tool? My customer doesn't know which features of the device they do and don't need for their application.
