Hey Phillip,

Can you tell me what you are trying to use this device for? I'm not sure what is trying to be accomplished (is it some kind of level translation?).

If I were to use this device as some kind of buffer/translator I would set the Tx line as my output and not the Sx line. The Sx has a staic voltage offset and a smaller Fet (weaker drive strength) than the Tx side.

You also have the Y pins floating, this would result in larger consumption current. I would atleast bias the input pins of Y pins.
