Hello Jimmy,
can you please tell me what is the background of the question, and what info are you expecting?
Hamzeh,
I will check this for you, if the screen black, reset the DS90ub948 PDB pin, screen display ok.

Jimmy,
17: is EQ level 9
27: is EQ level 11
0F: is EQ level 8
2F: is EQ level 12
All these are high EQ levels which you should not get with a short cable < 4 meter.
I believe you are not following the Power-up sequence on the Serializer side.
Hamzeh
which register of 948 can be used to judge the quality of the signal input from 947, What is the EQ value indicates that the signal quality is very poor;
The same 948 display can be connected to different 947 mainframes. at the 948end obtained EQ values are different. what is the reason?
Hello Jimmy,
I recommend you to use the Margin analysis tool which is integrated in our ALP software. This tool will judge the quality of your link.

Hi Hamzeh,
Thanks for your help.We don't have a ub948 Demo
if This product is installed in the car to start, the screen black, reset the DS90ub948 PDB pin, screen display ok.
if reset the DS90ub947 PDB pin, screen no display, then test ds90ub947 output(ds90ub948 input) have signal, ds90ub948 output no signal output.
This can confirm that it may be the problem on the 948 side
Thanks!
Hello Jimmy,
as I said, believe you are not following the Power-up sequence on the Serializer or on the Deserializer board. You need to compare your power-up sequence with the requirements in the datasheets. If this is the case, then only toggling PDB will solve the problem.
