CSI_CHKSUM_ERR: CSI-2 checksum error from serializer

CSI_SOT_ERR: CSI-2 start of transmission error from serializer

CSI_SYNC_ERR: CSI-2 synchronization error from serializer

CSI_CNTRL_ERR: CSI-2 control error from serializer

These are different error flags from the remote serializer related to the CSI-2 interface. Is there something specific you are confused about?

If we find those error. How to identify sensor issue or 953's issue?

Hello Kim,

The CSI-2 is an input to the serializer, so for any of these error flags you can make the assumption that the issue is with the CSI-2 source or the connection of the CSI-2 source to the serializer.
