Having Figure 15 of the doc in the link:

May I know why is the pin UFP from TPS25810 connected to OEn with a pull-up?

Isn't OEn for HD3SS3212 low active?

I got USB3 working pulling down OEn, pulling up SEL, and providing VBUS externally, removing TPS25810 from the picture.
