To my knowledge this product is just offered in SO, SOIC, and PDIP packages. Do you have the full orderable part number for it (i.e., including any package suffixes)?

In general the product pinouts and location of pin-1 indicators are documented in the datasheet (link: https://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/sn75als192.pdf).
