I would recommend a bulky 4.7 uF or greater bulk capacitor on VCC. Additionally, the resistor on DPEN/HPDIN should be 10k.

Does it not work if resistor of DPEN / HPDIN is 0R?

The reason for requesting the review is that if the above configuration does not connection, the connection is made when TDP142 is removed.

The resistor is more for current limiting.
