DP83822I: How to configue RMII interface based on DP83822I?

Hi team,

I saw a TIDA user guide, this is link: http://www.ti.com/cn/lit/ug/zhcu210c/zhcu210c.pdf.

I found the below pic in "2.2.1.1.1 Hardware Reset" from the user guide. It said it need pull down in TXD3 pin when woring on RMII. But I can't find this reqiurement in the datasheet. Do you know how to configue RMII interface based on DP83822I? Do we have TIDA or demo or EVM based on RMII of DP83822I?

Hi Eggsy,

To configure the PHY in RMII mode you should follow the datasheet. The pull-down seems to be a requirement of the reference design.

Do you know why the reference design required the pull-down?

I can't see any comments.

Do you know where I can find the reference design based on RMII?

This reference design is based on a previous design that included the pull-down. All reference designs available will be under the Design and Development tab of the product folder.
