SN65DSI86: If the panel supports ASSR. Does the TEST2 pin need no external pull-up or pull-down?

TEST2 pin being high enables the SW to enable/disable ASSR, so TEST2 pin can always be tied high.

But if the panel supports ASSR, you can tie TEST2 pin low, but lose the SW ability to disable/enable the ASSR.
