I have 2 questions about DS25BR440

1. This device can replace 4 of DS10BR150TSD.

2. Below schematic diagram is right for this device

    3. According to the specification, power dissipation is 2.4W, it means total current is about 740mA.

        Let me know normal power dissipation at PE/EQ "H" .

    1. The DS25BR440 may be used instead of four DS10BR150 devices.  However, a quad version of the DS10BR150 is DS15BR400.

    2.  The schematic looks OK.  I would add 0.1uF decoupling capacitor on each VDD pin.

    3.  The max IDD is 190 mA (PE=EQ=Off).  The typical IDD is 162mA with PE=Off.  Based on Figure 17 of the datasheet, the typical IDD with PE=On is ~195 mA.  The estimated max IDD would be 20% higher.  The EQ does not have an effect on IDD.
