Hello. help please. the first line bears the logo and MFRB. What is the date of manufacture? M-year F-week
Please give me few days and let me find out on how to read the date code for this device.
Thanks
David
It looks like the date code was year 1996 week 36 for this particular part.
Thanks
David
Thank you, very helpful. And can be not 1996 year and 2006? every 10 years the marking is returned.
Hello David
could you try to explain how method you was able to decode 36 week of 1996 from such a marks MFRB | 90LV0 | 18ATM ?
As I can see, MFRB mark does not contain any digits, while 90LV0 | 18ATM are marks of devices according to datasheet.
Besides, DS90LV018ATM has the status "ACTIVE" and looking at the photo I can not be sure that this part is too old
Thanks in advance.
Counterfeiting is a growing threat to our industry. Because our topside marking is critical to our anti-counterfeiting efforts, TI does not translate that marking for customers because publicizing that information increases our counterfeiting risk and exposure.
Date code information is provided on the shipping paperwork when parts are purchased directly from TI or one of our authorized distributors.
I made a typo in previous response, the part is newer than 1996, but please refer to the date code information provided on the shipping paperwork.
Thanks
David
Bad help. Not professionally. According to the Datasheet, production began in 1998.
