DS90UB936-Q1: Data Rate for 1.5Gbps

Hi Team,

The first page of datasheet tells DS90UB936-Q1 can support 1.5Gbps, however, register setting doesn't have the option for 1.5Gbps. Could you please help confirm if it can support 1.5Gbps? If so, how to set for register?

Hello Hao,

By setting the REFCLK appropriately you can create 1500Mbps CSI-2 rate according to table 13:

CSI-2 rate is REFCLK*64 when CSI_PLL_CTL[1:0] = 00

Hello Hao,

This particular device can not create 1.2Gbps, but DS90UB960-Q1 or DS90UB962-Q1 can generate 1.2Gbps as an alternative.
