Hi Team,

I found there is inconsistent despriction about configuration 4 and 5 between the following application note and datasheet.

Hello Yaita,

In this case the datasheet takes precedence. So, the configurations #4 and #5 would make the port a UFP.

I understand the datasheet is correct, however why it shows "Source Capability"? Is it typo?

Hello Yaita-san,

UFP is only the Data role. The configuration accepts a PR_Swap and can become a source. In such a situation, it would need to advertise source capabilities.
