Hi, everyone,

About non Thunderfbolt model, which base FW should we use?l

- F707.10.38 (TBT host patch versioning)

- F707.10.07

Our question also means what base FW is used for updated FW in the future

whether models contain Thunderbolt or not.

Hi Maurice,

You may use the F707.10.08, if you download the latest GUI version 6.1.1, this is the firmware it will load to a new project. I will confirm this with my team if otherwise then I will let you know.

But in MySecureSoftware, we can get Application Customization Tool 6.2.1
and its base FW is F707.10.38.

On the ohter hand, you say Application Customization Tool 6.1.1 is available.
(Its base FW is F707.10.08.)

Which should we use for non-Thunderbolt model?

Hi Maurice-san,

Since you were able to install the non catalog, 6.2.1 version tool with the base FW on it, the F707.10.38, you may use that for your non-Thunderbolt model.

For Thunderbolt uses, there is a separate GUI for that.
