TPS65987DDJ: Windows 10 19H2 HLK Failure: UCSI Power Direction Role command - Reset on PPM-Reset

Hi, TI engineers,


Now, we faced this problem
HLK failure: "UCSI Power Direction Role command - Reset on PPM-Reset".

TPS65987DDJ (base FW F807.12.37 / Intel Cometlake / Windows 10 19H2): Fail

TPS65987DDH (base FW F707.10.06 / Intel Whiskeylake / Windows 10 19H2): Pass


Regarding USBPD log files,
TPS65987DDJ reject PR_Swap from Microsoft USB Test Tool (MUTT)
though TPS65987DDH accept PR_Swap from MUTT.


Our I2C control between EC and PD controller & using MUTT are same,
so we wonder if this PR_Swap difference is the root cause of HLK failure.


We sent each of HLK / I2C / USBPD log files to your colleague Yone-san.
I'd appreciate if you confirm them.
