Hi Team

We have use DP139 on our system. It is HDMI output.

I setting I2C_EN to High ( HDMI mode ) , we can not have HDMI output on moniotr.

but I setting I2C_EN to Low (DVI mode ) , HDMI cna be output

Could you help chekc this issue?

The driver will Judge DP139 is in Type I adapter on HDMI node. If we setting to DVI mode , it will Judge DP139 is in Type II adapter

What is the TMDS clock frequency? DP139 only supports Type 1 Adaptor which limits the clock frequency to 165MHz.

Hi David

DP139 spec have show TMDS clock rate support 250Mhz. Can you help check again?

IF we setting I2C_EN to LOW (DVI mode) for this issue, Have any side effect for this swtting?

The Display_Port_Dual Mode spec defines the following:

Type 1 Adaptor

165MHz for DVI and HDMI

Type 2 Adaptor

165MHz for DVI and 300MHz for HDMI
