These changes would need to be added to the hub driver on the host controller. While this issue was identified some time ago (15 years), we have not see any many reported occurrences of it and few (if any) TUSB2036 applications are shipped with custom drivers.

Thank you for your reply.
The customer understands that the countermeasure program described in the errata will be added to the firmware on the MSP430 side.
The TUSB2036 installed in the customer's circuit operates normally even when an MSP430 malfunction occurs, and we believe that it is not involved in this malfunction.
I attach the customer system block diagram, and reboot operation.
