TUSB7340: Win10 Driver from Official Website Doesn't Work

Part Number: TUSB7340

Hi,

I use the TUSB7340 developed a card, everything seems OK in Linux. I can read and write with correct speed.

It also had a good performance in the win7 with the driver from the TI official website.

But when I test it in the win10 enterprise version 64bit, the driver also from TI official website was installed, but it seemed doesn't work. The result as attached picture 2.

And nothing can be detected when I plugged the USB device. I used the driver as the attached picture 1.

Did I do some incorrect operations? Can you give some suggestions?

We e don't have host driver for win 10, the one you use probably not the right one.

So the TUSB7340 can not use under the win10 system because of no win10 driver? Is that right?

sorry, there is no problem of this device, we just don't have enough resource to develop win10 driver. you need to uninstall the one download from Ti.com and use the default driver from win10.
