TPD12S521: External wiring when changing from another device

Part Number: TPD12S521

With the TI TPD12S521 we want to replace the previously used On Semi CM2020-01.
The TI data sheet contains different values for different resistors and a series resistor for LV_SUPPLY.
In the enclosed circuit diagram the values of our design are shown in red.

Could you please review and comment on it.

There are lots of component value is different with the datasheet , it is better to refer to the datasheet recommend value, thanks!

As this two device is very same, the resistor can keep to use the same value.thanks!
