Can TUSB7340 achieve full speed of USB 3.0 (5Gbps) for 4 lanes at same time?

    Hi Andrew,

    TUSB7340 is a USB 3.0 host controller that can achieve 5 Gbps on each of its downstream ports. Since USB 3.1 Gen 1 is 8b/10b encoded there will always be some overhead so actual data transferred is about 4 Gbps. If you are asking is each port can function together as one device or endpoint TUSB73x0 can not achieve such application as each port will enumerate as separate ports..
