Hi Team,

My Customer use the BSDL file from DP83848I for DP83848YB as discussed in this e2e post https://e2e.ti.com/support/interface/f/138/t/829990

Unfortunately, within the BSDL it call out a package file " use LVS_BSCAN_CELLS.all; ". Can you provide input on this or can we provide this file?
