DP83867CR: DP83867CR DHCP issue

Dear Sir 

Our customer use DP83867CR in their application and meet some problem as below, is there any suggest for this issue? Thanks a lot !!

1. DHCP client: fail

2. RGMII/MDC/MDIO waveform measurement. (PHY 0x86 Reg: RX clock delay=7, TX clock delay=e)

3. TFTP client: function work for upload and download small files. It will be fail when u/d the file that over 1Kb

4. Telnet: Function work, but it well be fail when we changed the folder path.

5. Static IP testing: ping each other is ok over 2 days.

    Hello Allen,

    Please give me more information about your application and/or system level block diagram.

    What mode are you using the PHY in? What pin straps / register configurations have you used?

    These various networking protocols are handled at a higher layer in the system, layer 2 and above. The PHY is only responsible for data between the MAC and cable. If ping is working, the PHY is operating correctly, meaning this is a higher layer issue, which is outside the scope of this forum.
