TIOS1015: Behavior without power TIOS1015

Hello,

My customer is asking how the chip will behave without power. They need to assure that the output is at high Z at all faulty condition also when power is down so lets assume TIOS1015 having no power on pin 9. Are both LS+HS switch off?

    Hi Marion,

    Yes, the output becomes high-Z when the supply voltage falls below the "V(UVLO)" specification.  In this state, any current on the OUT pin will just be due to pin leakage and will not be actively driven by the high-side or low-side switch.  Please let me know if you have any further questions on this.
