Dear Team,

My customer would like to use DS90UB913A-Q1 as Serializer and DS90UB934-Q1 as Deserializer.

Is there any I2C programming guide for these two parts that could share?

    Jim,

    It is dependent on your system request, you can configure the reg. based on:

    1. To bring-up 933/934 system, it is easy to set the correct mode based on hardware pin (mode_sel/mode pin in ub913a/933 and ub934 pin). generally it has no reg. setting request for some use-cases.

    2. if you need to set the GPIO from 934 to 913a, you need set the GPIO pin respectively in ub913a and ub934 (please check the GPIO pin setting request, page24 in ub934 d/s)

    3. you maybe need set the I2C pass-through to enable the GPIO firstly, so you need set the reg. in ub934 as well to enable the I2C pass through and slave ID/Alias as well. (reg. 4c, 0x58,0x5c, 0x5d, 0x65 etc.)
