When put in PD by register (09h Bit3)
How long is the period during which DDC communication is not possible when PD is released and normal operation is started?
We want to decide the time to start DDC communication after releasing PD.

Is DP159 being used in DDC snoop mode or non DDC snoop mode?

We are using DP159 in non DDC snoop mode.

If possible, we would like to know the time for both DDC snoop mode and non-DDC snoop mode.

I don't have the exact number. But looking at the design, it will be around 2ms, and max is around 3ms. This applies to both snoop and non-snoop mode.
