Hi,

I'm working on DS90UB935-Q1 -> DS90UB936-Q1 FPD-Link and CSI-2 camera. I have issue with CSI-2 data stream as I'm receiving only part of the image (see attached image). If I turn on the pattern generation on serializer end, I'm getting full image. There must be something wrong with the serializer settings, right? If I connect the camera straight to the host without the FPD-Link, it work well.

All help is highly appreciated, thanks in advance!

    Ville,

    that is good if ub936 internal pattern works well. can you check the reg. 0x73/74/75/76 in ub936, are they correct? also, please check below messages:

    1. pls check if the UB935's internal pattern works or not?

    2. pls check if the UB935's CSI2 port setting is correct or not? data lanes? Continuous clock?

    3. pls check the UB935's CSI2 clock freq.? is it met with the d/s request?

    4. what is the clocking mode in your case? and what is the FPD-Link rate in your case?

    Thanks for the response! I got it working by adjusting the N divider to slow down the output clock a bit.
