We have been using DP83848KSQ/NOPB for a long time without any big troubles.
We just observed an issue with one of our finished boards (same design) - the PHY is only able to establish a 10Mbps link using the autonegotiation with the PC (not 100Mbps).
When tested with an ETH switch it never accomplished the link and we have to change manually the speed to 10Mbps to make it work.
Changing the IC on the board, it works fine again and autonegotation establishes 100Mbps link.
Do you have any ideas what could be causing this? Or can it be just a faulty IC?
