DP83848C: CRS_DV overshoot &undershoot

Hello，

Ours customer who used DP83848NRTAR met a question about the CRS_DV signal。He tested at the CPU side and the overshoot &undershoot is big, the highest level got to 4.5V and the lowest level was -1.5V. Below is the schematic and waveform, he wanted to know if he could use the software to improve it.

Can you add a 33 ohm series resistor to the CRS_DV pin?

yes，i have added a 49.9Ω series resistor to the CRS_DV pin, and the waveform is ok. but i want to know if the PHY's drive capability can be adjusted through the software?

The DP83848C does not have a adjustable drive capability through software.
