DP83867IR: Sample code for non-OS(proprietary OS)

Hi Experts,

I am looking for the sample code to initialize and access to registers over MDIO of DP83867. SoC is not Ti Sitara and OS is proprietary OS(not Linux).

Are there any sample codes?
