We use 954+953 to transmit video of OV10642,and design the circuit according to the manual recommendations;
We have do (Margin Analysis Program) MAP TEST ,the result is passed;
There are some problems in vibration test, Turn on the vibration video to stop transmission, turn off the vibration and restart the ECU, then the video will be transmitted normally ,we want to know that:
- Contact resistance requirements of the FPD-LINKIII signal for the connection
- Signal requirements for the connection instantaneous break time
- The connector parameters provided by the connector manufacturer are controlled at 1uS, 5 Ω under vibration environment, Whether it can meet the requirements of continuous signal transmission? We also communicate with connector manufacturers synchronously to solve this problem.
- If we want to test 954 received signal quality from CML port, what kind of equipment and environment are needed, Is this test necessary about this problem.
We need more information about 954 and FPD-linkIII, Hope to get a reply.
