TUSB8042A: How to enable/disable Downstream port 1 USB signal?

Hi Sir,

I'm looking for a way to enable/disable downstream port 1 USB by SMbus slave mode.

And just found the table in datasheet which mentioned the USED[3:0] = 1110 and RMBL[3:0]=1111 can disable 1 port.

Is it correct? or we need to use another way to enable/disable downstream port 1 USB by SMbus slave mode, please help to advice.
