SN65DPHY440SS: CSI one lane recommended connection

Part Number: SN65DPHY440SS

 In the datasheet CSI two lane are connected DA1(N/P) & DA2(N/P),

but we only use one lane, so I’d like to ask if you have the recommended connection method?
