My customer ask question about layout in 954(they use 10 layers):
Would you mind providing the 954 EVM layout design file for us to refer? Thanks!
- Do they need to remove the GND which under the AC couple capacitors?
- As for the Transmission Lines, they put these two lines on the top layer. So according to model of coplanar waveguide(共面波导), do they need to remove the second layer which under the Transmission Lines?
- As for Transmission Lines,although the impedance is satisfied, the line width is very very thin. Is it ok? Or could you please tell us the recommend width of these two lines?
