PCA9306: no work with 5V on VREF2 with 200k pull high

Hello E2E,

We have a strange issue on PCA9306.

In customer's application, they used 1.8V on VREF1 and 5V on VREF2 with 200K pull high.

But it looks like that I2C would not work normally at this condition.

When they changed to use 3.3V on VREF2 and keep 1.8V on VREF1, then it works normally.

Can you help to check this issue?

    Jason,

    It is hard to tell what is going on without scopeshots and a schematic.

    My bet is that the Enable pin of the device and the Vref2 pin of the device are not shorted together like how the datasheet recommends.
