my customer would like to know how to connect RS485-FL-DPLX-EVM with AM335x UART.

Could you please tell us which pin on AM335x with DE and RE on SN65HVD70?

Ohhashi-san,

Yes, you can use RTS as a GPIO to control REB, and CTS to control DE. Here are some reference for you.
